Most likely unless a teen the child would not have a tattoo, or at least not a permanent one. However, my 10 y/o son has a light brown birth mark the size of a quarter on his neck, and a brown dot on the bottom of one of his feet.
I have made note of all the special marks my kiddos have on their bodies.
