I was just stroling around in Thunder Plains minding my own business catching fiends and dodgeing lightning when i saw a chap stood by one of the pillars well nice gullible me decided to have a chat with him next minute boom I'm Dead, he only got someone to get Dark Ixion I can tell you its got more than 210,000 (cos thats what my Bahamut did) (i thought the dark aeons would be around the temple area's as he blasted me with thundaga hitting 99,999 and having a couple of turns to boot, thats it with talking to strangers in places with flashing lights and lound bangs!!!!

i hac=d the same problem. i was in the thunderplains when i saw some dude standing by a tower. i thought, "hey! so he's gonna give me Kimahri's ultimate weapon! > NO!!!"

I have a question to dodging the lightings... do I have to dodge 200 in a row without missing a single one?? Or is it okay if I do??

u have tododge them in a row, u may not save eather or go out of the screen.

Oh my gosh that can't be possible... yikes... 200 in a row??? That's terrible, one of my characters will just have to live without their ultimate weapon.

just dodge a few and pres pause once in a while to rest ur eyes, ur done in a bout half an houre

But imagine if I dodge 190 and then miss one <img src="/images/graemlins/blush.gif" alt="" /> Oh I would probably go mad.

i was lucky, first when i got hit i just got 73.
but th next time i tried i got hit after dodging
228 lightnings.

Well I've only made it upto 32 in a row(I dont have no encounter yet(what do I need to get this and does it have to be equiped to all my people or just 1

OH AND THOSE WHO HAVE KILLED ALL THE DARK AEONS WHERE ARE THEY ALL AND WHAT ACTIVATE THE BATTLE i DON'T WANNA BE STUMMBLING ON ANY MORE JUST YET!!!

u only need no encounters on one person, but u dont need it, just stand still in one spott and dodge lighnings there u dont need to run aroound.
and about the dark aeons:
dark shiva-macalania temple-activates just before u enter
dark ifrit-sanubia desert-activates when u talk to the women hwo ask for ur help to find her child and u look down the cliff
dark ixion- u already know that..lol
dark bahamut-zanarkand ruins when u enter the chamber of the faith
dark valefore-besaid -activates just before u enter the town
dark yojimbo-sunken cave-when u wanna return by food out of there
dark magus systers-djose road-just dont come near any ladys <img src="/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />
and dark anima....wow....i dont know..lol <img src="/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />

you need purifying salt. i think it only takes about 30 of'em, not sure.
an easy way to get 99 of'em is to capture at least 4 of each dragon species, and then the arena guy will give it to you

I've actually got all the fiends from macalania and all the fiends from thunder plane as well as all the fiends from Gadgezet!!! and all but the full ten of marlboro from calm lands!! so how many are left and where are there

dragon species and where to capture them:

Mi'ihen road- Vouivre
Mushroom rock road- Lamashtu
Thunder plains- Kusariqqu
Bikanel- Mushussu
Sunken cave- Nidhogg

I also found a lot of Nidhoggs just outside the sunken cave, on the snowy path <img src="/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" /> The Lamashtus I caught at the beach where Sin attacked the Crusaders <img src="/images/graemlins/frown.gif" alt="" />

ok i was being a nice person (for once) i talked to a lady and she said her child was down a cliff or summit so i was being all heroic and she pulled out her baby and it was DARK IFRIT!!!

So i died remembered where she was and went back there and kicked his dark [censored] lil B******

Dark anima, the only one not listed above, is found by re-doing wakkas ball trial in mount G. you'll then see a cutscene showing you where he is (entranc to mount G) save before you attempt, he has 8 million hp, and an attack known as mega graviton, takes damge based on your max hp, he is the hardest dark aeon, defeat all the dark aeons, (i haven't but i do know this)and you get to fight penance, one of the hardest bosses in the game, possibly even THE hardest in the game

Oh yeah, and to avoid the tow ladies who summon the sisters, i think what i did was walk, i just walked and they didn't attack, very useful if you didn't realise there is another way onto that road (by going up a pile of boxes onto some rubble at the place on dlose highroad where the airship puts you).

You can get no encounter weapons by fighting Gaesgano, he always drops them.

where do you find Gaesgano????

Geosgano is at Baaj temple, just jump in the water and go up. wtf i never got a "no encounters" item from him? > <img src="/images/graemlins/mad.gif" alt="" /> stupid overgrown fish

I thought that was the big fish thing from the beginning but the way it sounds by lisa you fight him a few times so he'll drop no encounter weapons (plural)
sounds very fishy to me!!!
