Wow! I haven't had a quote in a while and I found this on the Editor's page of bellaonline. Anger costs us dearly and usually we are angry because we were not able to control someone or something or angry out of fear. If you feel anger about anything today, share it in this forum. It really helps to get it out in the open especially with those of us who won't judge!
