I'm partway there, having just bought a camera online for my hubby -- water and shockproof -- I think it'll be perfect for a life outdoors. Have you started/finished finding the perfect gift for the hiker on your list yet? You might like to read 5 Christmas Gifts Under $25 for a few ideas!

My sister is a big hiker/camper. I got her the Ice Cream Ball (like the one sold in the LL Bean catalog) Only I got it at Homegoods for half the price. The idea is to put the ingredients inside the ball, and then you would roll the ball around for I think 30 min, and TADA...you have ice cream. I am going to get the ingredients to go with it. I think she'll love it!

Too much fun! Never heard of an Ice Cream Ball before, but I may have to check into that for car camping trips away from civilization -- question though, don't you need ice?

Cheers,
Megan
