Amazingly in the first trial where Kevin Johnson took the stand and admitted he shot Sgt. McEntee the trial ended in a hung jury after only TWELVE hours of deliberation. Thursday Johnson declined to take the stand and was found guilty. Today the jury took the sentencing phase at 430 and just came back suggesting that Johnson receive the death penalty.

Jurors deciding penalty in officer murder case Sadly Sgt. McEntees children are constantly fearful of the world since their father's murder. After all if their father/an armed police officer was murdered how can they ever be safe???
Final sentencing will be January 4th.
