Hello - I never wrote on this site but I am a huge anglophile... so I am happy to be here...
Anyway, I want to know what everyone thinks of tea - my husband will only drink PG Tips! We were only able to get this in England, then we found them in Bermuda, and now it is slowly coming to the US.
Does anyone else drink PG Tips tea???

I haven't tried that brand. Can you get it online?
I usually drink Stash tea. They have so many great flavors and the tea is always fresh.
I love the tradition of drinking tea in the afternoon. I've never lived in England but my family is of British descent so maybe that's why I love my afternoon tea.

I use to go to a tea room over in Eastern Washington where they sold PG Tips on the shelf, but I never purchased any.. However! You may want to see if there are any tea rooms in our area as they may carry it. Also,BellaOnline ALERT: Raw URLs are not allowed in these forums for security reasons. Please use UBB code. It has now come to Wegmans, I just came from there and bought my husband his special tea. I like it - it is very, very strong.

My Granny used to drink PG Tips. I like Tetley and have recently tried a store brand sold at our local Superstore: President's Choice Pekoe. Pretty good. Sources for PG Tips: check out my list of English shopping from abroad sources hereGood luck

Hey BC, We buy PG Tips at World Market. Also I think I've seen it at Giant Eagle. My personal favorite is Whittard's (English Breakfast). I always stock up when I travel, though I guess they are starting to open shops here in the US as well.

Tb: Do you put milk in your PG Tips? I share a teabag w/my husband since this is so strong - just pouring the water over it and taking it out right away is strong enough for me!!

I don't use milk in PG Tips (although lots of sweetener). I use milk every now and then in my English Breakfast tea, but usually not unless I'm in England.
