Flaxseed oil is a supplement taken by atheletes which is thought to build energy and stamina. The difference between natural and not, is "taking" it versus "injecting" it. Are there many people who follow the steps of those who want to enhance their energy by TAKING supplements? Do you consider supplements to be STEROIDS? Which ones are best and are they natural?
