I caught Bionic Woman last night and was floored by all the characters from Battlestar Galatica. At least 3 so far: Kara Thrace, The Chief and the British Lawyer. The lead is also the assistant of Tom Jackman in Jekyll, Michelle Ryan. Who else did I see. Oh, Molly Price from Third Watch and Dr. Garret Macy from Crossing Jordan.

I am SO glad you said that, I watched Bionic Woman also and kept asking myself where I had seen her before. I would never have realized that she was the woman who worked with Dr Jekyll.

I can't wait to see another episode. A lot of the first episode was introducing the characters. I'm ready to get into the meat of the show. I think it has good potential.

I'm was really excited to see the direction they were taking the character as opposed to the show 30 years ago. The theme is much more suited for adult viewers. My 12 year old didn't care for it. GOOD!

I have to admit I've missed the episodes so far! I will catch it on iTunes or something, 'cause it sounds like fun. You should definitely expect more "BG" characters though, especially once that series ends. The producer has explicitly said they plan to use talent they discovered on "BG."

If you want to try a program like Bittorrent, you can download the episodes and watch them from there. That is of course assuming you can't access them on the networks website.

Okay, so what happened to Bionic Woman? I was really enjoying the show. It was so edgy and cool!

I think it was affected by the writer's strike; hopefully it will be back soon.

I am looking forward to this crossing the pond (providing it comes back post-strike), but I just can't get over the fact that Michelle Ryan stars as the Bionic Woman. The last time I saw her (I missed Jekyll), she was the tracksuited teenager Zoe Slater working on a market stall in Albert Square (EastEnders)!
She worked on Enders for 5 years in total, and it's not often a British soap actor manages to break out of that mould and forge a genuinely successful career in an American show (and some films by the looks of things too) - so good luck to her!
How's her American accent?

She's done an excellent job I think. I found her accent heavy in Jekyll so was quite impressed. I hope Jekyll comes back I really enjoyed that show. Mr and Mrs Jekyll were awesome.
You are totally right in saying it's hard for soap actors/actresses to make the transition. Many try and fail miserably. I think she's made a successful transition.

Are new episodes of the remake still being made? I remember seeing it on television once and then it sort of disappeared.

Hey, just in case you didn't realize it, the full run of the show will be on DVD March 18. I think there's only eight episodes or so.
