A recent post about lactose intolerance generated a lot of interest. I thought I would pass along the names of some products that I have read about that treat lactose intolerance---Digestive Advantage, Dairy Care and Lactagen. All three are supposed to contain "good" bacteria that help the body to manufacture its own lactose enzymes to digest lactose in milk. I can't vouch for any of these products as I have never tried them. They wouldn't do me any good as I am totally milk intolerant.
