Bananas are high in potassium and fruit is always good to eat. However, many people have food allergies or intolerances to bananas so they will have to look for a different kind of fruit. I am one of those people who cannot eat bananas because of a food allergy. For potassium, I choose mangoes or kiwis.

Yes, I totally agree with Sheree-Allergies.
The fruit does, however, cause allergic reactions in certain sensitive persons and they should avoid it.
