Faith without works is dead, so the Big Book tells us. Today I am going to pledge to be free of my addictions but to focus on how I might be of service to others. Please join me by adding your own comments to this forum.

I love this quote - puts responsibility for my life squarely where it belongs - on me! I am completely convinced that every thought has its own energy and draws to us more of that energy. I am trying to remember to put positive words out there, stop the negative words in my head ASAP and enjoy the benefits of doing so.
