This summer, I was introduced to some additional meditation tools sharing more music and movement. While this isn't exactly sitting still, I have found that centering on quiet music and listening carefully to positive inner messages, I find I can recenter and become quiet and still or totally energized ready to meet whatever challenge awaits.
