What is fun to do when going to Providence on vacation?

They just had an article in More Magazine called "Romantic Rhode Island" that made everything look so cool...I'm thinking it could be a really nice weekend vacation or something. There's a cool looking picture of something called WaterFire that happens at night in Providence, what is it? How long do they do it? It looks SO neat!
