Hai

I have a very very sensitive friend. She is a happy go lucky person. But she was just telling me yesterday when when people she deals with sincerely start acting wierd and act grumpy all her energy literally drains out.She feels sick with palpitation while she is sure she did nothing wrong to hurt anyone. But she wants to keep away from this kind of negative energy in her and how?
I said i would drop a line in bella and am sure there are people out there who can give better words of advice than me.
So please do pen up.
Thanx a lot for your time.

SilentSpace, she sounds as if she needs to strengthen her personal Chi or energy.
I have it on good authority that to practise a meditative amrtial art like tai chi or chi goung can help a person develop their chi, and become more grounded. I personally attended classes and found that a visualisation of a large transparent sphere around myself, like a strong protective "bubble" was most effective in permitting negative energy to "bounce " off and remain ineffective in damaging or reducing my energy.

It takes practise and openness, but it works.

silentspace, I am not on a computer that is mine, it is a friend's....so I have not started a private message facility.
I am not going to be in England for very much longer, because I will be travelling to Northern India to settle there.

I will try to find out my friend's e-mail address, and you can post to her. I am sure she will not mind.

CDmohatta, I did not know that! That is something to talk about!

Well, I am going to Nepal as part of a group of women here in the UK. I am going to join a centre there, and I don't know how long I will be staying there, but I do know that internet and e-mail contact will not be easy!
