I don't let my food allergies stop me from traveling. On a recent trip, I had helpful servers at the numerous restaurants I patronized. I am always appreciative of an understanding waitress or waiter who will check ingredients for me or help me locate something on the menu that works for my dietary restrictions. I always let them know both verbally and with a generous tip how appreciative I am.

I recently stayed at The Best Western Redondo Beach Inn. The manager did everything I asked to make my room healthy. He had the a/c filter cleaned; had the older carpeting cleaned by a eco friendly company; and left only non-smelling bedding on my bed.

Can't ask for more!
