I have always loved horror. When I was small, my Mom used to read to us from 101 Famous Poems and my favorite was The Raven - so Mom bought me a book of Poe short stories. I remember reading The Pit and The Pendulum and the feelings it evoked. It was a sort of sweet terror. I really identified with the story. I was five.
