I am not sure if I'm in the right spot to ask this question. When a crime is committed, involving two people, neither one realizing they are committing a crime, why is the truth not allowed to be admitted as evidence? We are seeing a number of cases where two people are involved, one lies and the lies are accepted, and the truth is not. We think the law should be changed so both parties are held accountable for their actions. Thanks if anyone can shed light on this.
