New data shows that more than half of the undergraduate population in the U.S. is enrolled at a community/junior college. This is a big change for higher ed. as traditionally, the four-year universities hosted the majority enrollment.
If your student opts for a two-year college over a four-year college now, don't discourage him/her. Its a great way to save time, money and frustration while giving your student the opportunities needed for adjusting and acclimatizing to higher education.
