(16/03/06) The European Parliament approved today a proposition for a new 'communautair' action-porgramme 2007-2013 in the area of healthcare. N-VA European parliament member Frieda Brepoels welcomed the report of her Greek colleague Trakatellis in which there is sufficient attention for effective healthcare systems as for the promoting of a healthy lifestyle. Brepoels spoke out her special support for the possibility to take into the action-programme complementary and alternative medicine. "Complementary medicine is often not looked at.
