I need help and if I dont get it...I fear my husband will pick up and leave me. I am a jealous person. I never used to be, until my EX husband cheated on me. I am consumed by thoughts 24/7 about what can be happening when I am not around. I am really really really bad. Please can someone help me??

You know what I can tell you this because it is my current situation. My boyfriends ex cheated on him (about five times) and I think because of this he is quite a jealous person, he ties to disimulate (because I can;t put up with a jealous boyfriend) but i'll tell you what i told him:
Don't judge your current relationship based on your past one, THEY ARE NOT THE SAME PERSON and he should't have to pay for what the other person does. If you can't deal with it and you want you current relationship to last, I suggest you seek professional help for the sake of you marriage.
It is not nice having to feel that you partner diesn;t trust you and that you can't even look at people walking because of fear that you'll make a scene. I realize it's easyto say it but try to put yourself in his shoes, how would you feel if he acted like that with you??

Thanks for the reply. I think slowly I am starting to realize that. I have never been like this before. It's horrible to be conscience of what I am doing, but can't stop it. I said the same thing yesterday about trying to seek help. I came across this website and hope to use it as free therapy. Thanks to people like you.
