I suggest, you want advice on how to effectively utilize your time while awake. That depends on a lot of things To insure getting enough sleep self discipline your self to go to bed at a regular time and wake up at a regular time too From 10 PM to 6 AM is a good pattern.

As for effectively utilizing your time while awake have a goal and self discipline your self to stick to it without vacillation and procrastination. Stay away from the couch in front of the Television except for regularly scheduled periods of watching. Most Television (at least in the USA) is a waste of time. Eat regular meals and have a regularly scheduled regimen of exercise. Have regularly scheduled breaks, remember "all work and no play makes Jack a dull boy!" In short, lay out a plan for each day and stick with it.

Hope this help smile
Good luck, good health, peace and love!

Hello friend

You should have to take a book and keep reading in night. Take care of your dieting plans. Avoid tea from your daily routine. This is a good idea for Sleep More Effectively.
