I haven't had much luck growing tomatoes in containers. I do have some sage, rosemary and flowering plants.

I got some huge decorative pots at Costco last year that I put some roses in also.

I agree about taking your containeers with you when you move. I've done this many times.

I'm planning to put some potatoes in big tubs and even whole bags of compost this year.

Should be a fun experiment.
