In the UK the sun does not rise until around 8am at the moment. To get up earlier than that, do you use methods other than an alarm clock?

I only use an alarm clock to get up but when like with today I can get up whenever because there's nothing special I need to do I just get up when I am ready to get up. The only times I did not need an alarm clock to get up at a certain time was when Michael Schumacher was in Formula One, the alarm was always set but I always woke up at least a few seconds before it came on.

Hi Nancy, yes, it's amazing how the human brain wakes the body just before an alarm is due to go off. Joy
