I HAVE A FRIEND WHO IS IN IRAQ AT THIS MOMENT. SHE ASKED HER HUSBAND IF THEY COULD RENEW THEIR VOWS. SHE SAID TO SURPRIZE HER WITH THE CEREMONY. HER HUSBAND CALLED ME ENQUIRING IF THERE IS WICCA WEDDING CEREMONIES, DUE TO THE FACT SHE PRACTICES WICCA.
I DON'T KNOW A THING ABOUT IT, AND SAID I'D HELP HIM FIGURE OUT SOMETHING. DO YOU OR KNOW OF SOMEONE WHO KNOWS ANYTHING ABOUT WICCA WEDDING CEREMONIES? IT WOULD BE MUCH APPRECIATED WITH ANY ADVICE OR DIRECTION TO GO. THANK YOU. RITA BLOCK

They are called handfastings and I just did mine on May 5. If you look in the Pagan section of this forum, you will see a post about mine. There are several books on handfastings that you can get at amazon.com or from the library. You may even want to search under the title "medieval weddings". If you want, email me off the forum and I can send you a copy of our handfasting ritual.

I was referring to the spiritual truth of "me-devil" being associated with a wicca wedding. That's why I broke it down to its pertinent parts.
