I was wondering what everyone thought of this new show that starts tonight on ABC. It is about pregnancy and motherhood. I wonder if they are going to glorify it or make it look bad. Any thoughts out there?

Hopefully, they will present a balanced view... showing both the good AND the bad parts of pregnancy, motherhood and parenthood.
Too many people focus on those Kodak moments.

I just looked at the previews...it looks pretty funny. I like the "I wrecked my boobs" clip. It's got a couple giving a baby-expecting couple the "truth" about parenthood. Pretty funny! I like the blunt-comment blond gal with glasses. I think she is the token single girl who isn't having a baby surrounded by all the childbearing couples.

Another funny moment in the clips: Husband is struggling to get a piece of baby equipment out of the trunk of the car, swearing (TV level) at it, fighting with the item. Wife says "You will NOT be assisting with the birth of our baby!"

The previews look pretty good. Unfortunately tonight I can't stay up late enough but I'll check it out once it moves to 8:30.

It was good, exagerated, but good. The best CF comment was when the gal asked, what does your husband do? And she responded don't you want to know what I do? That was great. The writers could use this forum to get their stories lol. (I have kids, and tonights episode really reflects this place, so I think you will all enjoy!).
