My mother is good at making the big steamed buns, not the Cantonese little dim sum, but the big ones, which is very popular in the Northern China. You know, the stuff can be various into so many kinds. Sometimes, my mom make it very soft, but sometimes just chip the vegetable and meat into some little bits. But all of them are very delicious.
