Some research has shown that oral contraceptives do decrease the levels of certain B vitamins in the women taking them. Eating a balanced diet, high in meats, leafy greens, and whole wheats, is a way to put extra B vitamins in your body. As always, if you are concerned about your health, please contact a physician.
