A classic Raita....
you can also create a Lassi - yoghurt drink - by diluting the yoghurt with milk, adding crushed ice cubes, crushed cumin seeds, mint and salt to taste....
Create a sweet version (much better at counteracting the really hot curries) with fruit pulp (like mango or pear...) and honey instead of the salt....
