The Glynn County Police Dept and the Georgia Bureau of Investigation issued the Amber Alert on Monday afternoon. The child went missing in Brunswick, Georgia on Thursday March 8th but authorities are now convinced that the child was abducted.
Christopher Michael Barrios Jr. a 6 Y/O B-Hisp/M, 3'6" tall, 65 lbs, Brown eyes, short Black Hair and silver caps on upper and lower teeth. He was last seen wearing a blue or green long sleeved shirt with a white t-shirt underneath and long black pants.

The body of Christopher Michael Barrios was discovered about three miles from his home today, the 6-year-old boy disappeared a week ago while playing outside. The boy was last seen on the evening of March 8, playing by himself on the swing set outside a friend's home. Earlier this week police arrested a sex offender the boys parents and a fourth person.

I had hoped that this would end so much differently. This is a sad ending for such a sweet little boy.
