A women came into the hand therapy clinic the other day with an injury that could have left her hand with very limited function. Instead, she is recovering from her injury quite well. When I asked her about her recovery, she told me that she had been performing exercises that she found on the internet. Without her research and the availability of information, her recovery may have been quite different.

The goal for my personal website is the same - to provide information that will help prevent repetitive strain injuries and help in the recovery of upper extremity injuries.

How has the World Wide Web helped change the way you do things? Which websites have you found to be helpful? What types of information do you seek?

Please join the forum and share your finds!
