In many states of India, poor families kill girl as soon as she is born. No dowry. the villages are remote and police never comes to know. i sometimes feel sad for my country.

yes, that's very sad. In my country some parents choose to sell their child because they cannot feed their families.

The Philippines. There have been many cases of that in my country especially with couples that have too many children. They would usually sell their child to couples who are incapable of producing offspring.

Well, at least that's better than killing them. But it would be better if these couples become more responsible with having children. If they feel hat they cannot feed their children then they should use contraceptives or abstain from sex.

There are some poor in India, who may not be knowing about condoms.

Even if the poor in your country know about contraceptives, can they find it easily and afford it?

Here in the U.S., contraceptives can be found in pharmacies, grocery stores, stores with general and household items, gas stations as well as in doctor's offices. Most towns have clinics that offer free contraceptives to those who can't afford to pay for them.

The sad part..many women still have unwanted pregnancies and many children are born unwanted.

They are supposed to get them free. But the policies do not get implemented fully in India sometimes.

yes, implementation is a problem among developing countries. Education about using contraceptives is also lacking so many couples are not aware about them being free.
