Eckhart says to feel the inner body.HAve you done that?I cud feel a tingling in my arms or lets say the skin but nothn else.
My mind is always talking and i am always restless.

Ah yes...u r so right.
I have loads of housework everyday .I used to dread waking up and actually all the time .coz of the amt of work i had.
i wud get so depressed.
i read then in thsi book-
can i change anythn abt the situation i am in?
get a helper?nope.
then accept it and do the work cheerfully.
ha and that was it.i longer dread housework anymore.

i couldnt actually understand everything he wrote.but somethings i cud absorb and it has helped me.
its a good read.
now i have started 10secrets to success and inner peace as adviced by joanj.
thanks for ur comments everyone.
