Is this a lucid dream? Sometimes I float, all the way to the ceiling, and have to push down from the ceiling and direct my movement--to avoid the ceiling fan. Last night I was "flying" through our first home, visiting all of my childrens bedrooms...flew straight to the window in each one, planted both my hands on the glass and peered out... then I can't speak, and I want to say to my husband, hey, look at me--I'm up here. But I can't. It doesn't scare me anymore, at first they did, but I never get hurt. Last night was the first time I flew to a recognizable place, I usually just levitate to the ceiling, and maybe wake with a "oh my."
