The U.S. Legislature has been very busy. Undergraduate students in the U.S. will see a slightly larger Pell Grant award this year. The new ACT and SMART Grants for academic high performers with financial need are in full swing. Also, interest rates on student loans are coming down slightly. In all, the outlook isn't too bad this year.
