Really the leaves aren't a yellow, kind of like they are faded. I had read that meant that the plant needed fertilizer. I do water with my fish tank water and the plant is great looking except it still has the faded looking leaves. Should I cut the faded leaves off?

I used to have a swedish ivy back when I lived in NH, mine also got that ashy, 'faded' look. I figured it was from cold. after some research i suggest fertilizing it and pulling it away from any possible drafts.
Using fish tank water ( a trick I used when I had fish too wink ) IS fertilizing it but maybe the wrong type of fertilizer your plant requires.

Thanks Wendy, I hadn't thought about the fish tank water being the wrong type of fertilizer. I do have several different types of fertilizer out in the garage, will try something different!
