I am so much better now.But I have no idea how to control my anxiety.It can be the smallest of reasons.for instance-
My son sees tv for 3hrs morn,afternoon,night.Only for gettn him to eat food.Then i read that 3hrs is too much and i now am worried he has been seeing tv for 3hrs and am to blame.
he is 2.8yrs old.
i worry abt it the whole time.will it have affected him etc etc....
i lack confidence even now.i am not confiedent abt anythn.to feel confident i need to tell my self over and over again that i am capable.
