Sage tooth powder
4-teaspoon Sage leaf
3-teaspoon sea salt
1-teaspoon Myrrh (opt)

Place the mixture on an open tray and heat in the oven for about 30 minutes at medium temperature. Remove and cool for ten minutes, then grind the mixture into a Very Fine Powder, use a pestle and mortar or electric grinder. Press the mixture thought a fine sieve and store powder; throw away any lumps left in the sieve.

Yes, brushing with salt is abrasive and can wear your teeth significantly, always make certain when using salt that it is dissolved! And never use table salt.

Toothpaste and Mouthwash
