Just thought I'd get on here and wish everyone, and particularly my Australian mates, a happy Australia day.

The sun is shining and nothing beats getting up at 6.00 in the mornin' and having a free breakfast - sausage sizzle and damper.

It's a great day. Australia Day has to be my favourite holiday. I can walk around with my pink cowgirl cork hat and no one cares. Everyone's a dag and it's great.

It's beaut to be an Aussie. We have the best lifestyle.

How was your Australia Day. Hope it was as great as mine.

My Australia Day was bloody hot! Looks like tomorrow will be even hotter.

I had the fun of seeing the F111 flyover in Brisbane go right over my house (quite low actually) and it;s always a highlight of any celebration in Brisbane.

Sad! I'm American but used to live in Australia for 2 years. I miss it so so much, I can't even explain. But, it's so hard to get residency over there w/o having to marry someone or have someone sponsor you. I would have stayed over there for the rest of my life if all my friends and family weren't in the US:(
