HI! I am new to sewing and mostly just revise or embelish premade garmets. I am looking for information on how to add tiered ruffles to pants to give the them flared gaucho look. I saw a pair at a local childrens boutique and they are adorable!! The ruffles are on the side of each leg and start just below the knee and the extra ruffles give the bell bottom flare to regular plain style jeans. If any one could help I am so appreciative.
