"That other model is just gross looking. Her hipbones and ribs are sticking out!" And if that would of been someone saying something like "That seize twelve model is just gross looking. Her fat is showing through the clothes!" people would of been angry but hey it's cool to insult and laugh at people who are not fat so it's all good.
