From a Self Development standpoint, that might be an interesting way to see where you've been before in life compared to where you are now

I haven't tried it, though. Have you?

Yes but it's nearly impossible if you can't clear your mind. ALWAYS ground and center yourself first. I forgot and I only retained certain glimpses and emotions.

You are talking about previous birth?

My friend has passed me a past life regression cd. I have tested it twice.

Once I went back to my previous life (previous birth). I don't really understand the message, I also forgotten about the lessons I should learn when I came back to now.

Another time, I went back to this current life, to the time when I was just born. Of course, there's more emotion, as I could relate to it better. When I linked the lesson I learnt back to some of my current beliefs, I could see some light there.

I find our human brain so amazing. Esp, our subconscious mind, it stores so much info which we are not even aware of. Yet when we learn how to tape into these info, it may help us to solve issues or might even help us to improve our life.

Oh yes! Through the regression, I understand why certain things have happened. It has helped me to look at that incident from another perspective. It also helps me to remove the anger and hatred towards that person.

This reduces my baggage. It makes me lighter, I don't lose my temper so easily... so suddenly my life seems much easier. But the reality is that nothing has changed, only my perception of things has changed. It's so wonderful!

Is this past life regression real? Or only hallucination?
Since you got results, in your case it looks real. what about others? any idea?

To me, it seems real, perhaps plus some visualisation. I did it with the help of a CD. It's similar to those visualisation / meditation CD that guides you to a very relax mode and you start the visualisation process. I guess since I am in a very relax mode, it is easier to gain access to my subconcious mind.

My friend who pass me the CD also feels it helps her to understand why some of the events has happened to her. She said it helps her to move forward in life easier emotionally.

I do not know of any others who have done past life regression, I was hoping that others who have done can share their experience too.

I have an impression - and it is just something I have reasoned with myself - that regression still of this lifetime, may have more to do with unlocking the subconscious, and the various strata of memories we store much more deeply than we know, than actually going back mentally, to a point in yesteryear....

However, I do know of people who have regressed to previous lifetimes and described incidents, people, places and events they could not have known about in any way, shape or form....

'The Tibetan Book of Living and Dying' illustrates a couple of case histores which are very interesting indeed....
