I wish more people would look towards nutrition rather than drugs when experiencing illness. Have you heard of Christina Pirello who was diagnosed with leukemia in her 20's and told there was no chance for survival? She hosts Christina Cooks on PBS.
Anyway, she changed her diet to mostly raw and vegan (if I remember correctly) and went into remission. Her doctors were baffled!

I don't have a problem with the nightshades, but having been diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis in 1976, I should have. I never did really fit in <img src="/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />
I have found that the close to macrobiotic I can stay, the better I feel. I have had no symptoms of RA ever, aside from the occasional ache, so I know diet can fix most anything.
