I think your new article on how Christians are set apart is excellent. I would have liked to see you go farther with "how" Christians love others...

I don't think loving another is by accepting sin or tolerence of sin in the lives of our friends and loved ones. I think if we are to be truly loving then we need to be truthful. I think we need to be truthful to ourselves. I know that I sometimes come off as being very narrow minded, but I'm not narrow minded, just standing up for righteousness.

I think the best testimony for Jesus Christ is living a life full of compassion and empathy for those who really need His love. Those who are misunderstood and abandoned by society. Reaching out to the world with arms ready to hold and shoulders strong enough through Christ to withstand all heartbreak. i won't back down from the principals laid out in the New Testament, but the world is full of human beings who stumble, just like me.

Keep up the good work, Lynn, your an inspiration to everyone!! <img src="/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/images/graemlins/music.gif" alt="" />

Thanks for the kind words Jenna.

You are right, being loving is not accepting or tolerating sin. But it is loving those people back into the fold. It is being truthful that sin is sin but it is also knowing that we are all suseptible to its attraction and we all need friends to help us stay strong and to recover.
