Wanted to tell everybody thanks for the great links! I've really enjoyed the Thai recipes.

Bit late - but as my mum always said "better late than never" so in the spirit of that: Thai recipes (and other South East Asian recipes) are available (with beautiful pictures) at www.thehonestwok.com A friend of mine started it but hasn't been keeping it updated so I've officially decided to continue the site myself. I'd love to have you check it out and let me know what you think, on here or on there. I am off to China town this weekend to stock up on some of the ingredients I need - I already have a list as long as my arm of recipes I want to share, they were just off the top of my head, many many more lesser known recipes will also be going up and it'd be nice to know that at least some people were reading them!
