Well, if you want to focus on the holistic aspect (which means mind and body as a whole, one entity) you can start with eating healthy food, drinking lots of water and exercising a lot. Spoiling yourself with a massage, kuddling, conversating with friends, getting your nails and make-up done nicely and through an expert which can give you tips, looking for a nice perfume you like to wear, etc.
From my point of view, as somebody who has done reiki, massages and aromatherapy, I would recommend buying some essential oils and vaporating them into the room with a special aromatherapy lamp or pot. The massages I already mentioned, which are a good to thing to receive when you want to experience this. A good professional masseur can make you feel younger, because he/she loossens muscles and rubs and frictates free radicals and other types of poison for the body out of it, by gently massaging it towards kidneys and bladder.
That would remove some free radicals, poison for the body and waste. Together with aromatherapy to support it, water to flush out the bad things and healthy food to stop building up toxins in your body again and again, you can get far.
Oh, and never try to stop eating. I experienced this once because I was so busy for the entire weekend that I forgot to eat. I noticed that I didn't eat when I brushed my hair in the morning: it was dull and limps and looked awefull.
I hope this helps.
