Who do you discuss important matters with, spouse/partner, a family member or best friend(s)? What to do, what to do?

I usually discuss mine with my best friend. But, sometimes I talk about certain issues online in forums I have found that you can good feed-back from people who don't know your personally.

What about you?

I always talk to my dh first...and if he doesn't give me the answer I want to hear, then I come to the forums. j/k

For me, my spouse is my best friend so that's who I turn to first. But I bounce things off my parents and close friends at times. I find in a healthy marriage with both people working, it is important to keep that person as your focus for important issues. That's not to say you shouldn't get multiple opinions but I see too many families break down when spouses/partners stop including each other in important matters.
