Have you had any experience of Sound Healing?

Were there any guys in the group? The part about releasing any noises that needed to come out concerns me. <img src="/images/graemlins/rolleyes.gif" alt="" />

A few guys, which made a nice change. I do get fed up all women things sometimes- I love women, but I love men too, they are half of humanity!

As for releasing noises...I prefer to do this safely in the middle of nowhere. You can do some fantastic ranting, bellowing & bawling when you know there isn't anyone for miles- just a few surprised sheep.
