okay, so adam and eve were white? though they weren't on the Ark, I still believe i've come from one of Noah's sons, Ham, Shem or Japheth. I mean so what if I'm a Maori. Deep down in my soul, being a Maori just doesn't seem right(a native new zealander) Anyway it doesn't have anything in the bible about different races being on the Ark, just the people, and then from there they spread throughout the earth.
I don't see the word "White" anywhere in my last post.
Actually , the people of that region of the Middle East I am sure were and are ranging from very light skinned to very dark skinned. I'm talking about race, not colors.
My point WAS, if it has been say some 5500 - 6000 years since the "worldwide flood", how have we gone in that span of time from 8 people (Noah, his wife, his 3 sons and their wives) who were most likely from the same region to how many different races of people there are the world over now?
Then, way back in those days, how would their decendants have made it all the way to such varied places on this Earth as say Iceland, Tahiti, South America, etc. And, who would they have married when they arrived there?
Scientists also know that people who are known as Native Americans once crossed over from Russia on the Bering Straight land bridge thousands and thousands of years ago. If there had been a worldwide flood, wouldn't it have wiped out ALL the people in both North and South America? And especially among all the small and tiny isolated islands all over the world?
If you think about it logically the theory of a "worldwide flood" just doens't make any sense.
