Be Aware of your interpretations
Not to question GOD or His Word.
Satan use our free will to interpret, rebel, twist and break GODS commandment, this
is satans tricks and tactics to devoir us, and satan knows our week points, satan did this to Adam & Eve .
Satan is still misleading us. And we do this also to or self.
If we do not obey God we do not really love Him or have faith in the rightness of His ways.
It is not for us to question GOD or His Word .
2 Corinthians 4:4 The god of this age(satan) has blinded the minds of unbelievers, so that they cannot see the light of the gospel of the glory of Christ, who is the image of God.
GODS Word is unmistakable clear [ there is NO if or but or how or when about it ]
for us to interpret to suits or behaviors.

Quote:

Proverbs 3:5 Trust in the LORD with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding;
Ephesians 5:6 Let no one deceive you with empty words, for because of such things God's wrath comes on those who are disobedient.
Hebrews 10:26 If we deliberately keep on sinning after we have received the knowledge of the truth, no sacrifice for sins is left,
Matthew 5:19 Anyone who breaks one of the least of these commandments and teaches others to do the same will be called least in the kingdom of heaven, but whoever practices and teaches these commands will be called great in the kingdom of heaven.
Galatians 1:8 But even if we or an angel from heaven should preach a gospel other than the one we preached to you, let him be eternally condemned!
GOD says:
Isaiah 55:11 so is my word that goes out from my mouth: It will not return to me empty, but will accomplish what I desire and achieve the purpose for which I sent it.
James 2:14 What good is it, my brothers, if a man claims to have faith but has no deeds? Can such faith save him?
James 2:17 In the same way, faith by itself, if it is not accompanied by action, is dead.
Revelation 22:18 I warn everyone who hears the words of the prophecy of this book: If anyone adds anything to them, God will add to him the plagues described in this book.

This reminder will offend satan!!!

God's WORD is like a jigsaw puzzle. Many verses correlate with others. Its putting the pieces together that can be tricky.

Daniel 12:4
But you Daniel, keep these words secret and seal the book until the time of the end. Many will roam about and knowledge will increase.

The WORDs deeper meanings have been hidden and only in these last days are we being given the TRUE meaning within them. This is the fulfilling of prophesy. God's WORD coming true. That is how we know these things ARE from the LORD.

It all sounds like hocus pocus to most mainstream Christians! It is only fundamentalists, by which I mean people who believe the Bible to be literally true, who believe in all that stuff.

I don't think that it is really mainstream Christians that you are talking about. Maybe those who don't believe in the truth of the Bible or who don't believe in the deity of Jesus Christ.

While I prefer that we have short posts of friendly discussion instead of one long post of Bible quotes, I don't disagree with Matthew's post.

In this forum, we agree that the Bible is the true word of God. I don't care to debate it. There are other forums for that. I prefer this forum to be a comfortable place for Christians and seekers to come and have 'friendly' chats.

Thank you.

I am a very liberal Christian (not that fundamentalists believe me to be one, but who cares!) In the UK end times, hell-fire and all that stuff is only believed by Biblical literalists of whom relatively few make up the Christian population of the country, thank goodness.

loveapple, I am surprised to read that you call yourself a Christian since your past posts fail to show any love for God, in fact you show contempt and hatred for him.

I wish to respect Lynn and not debate this here, if you wish to debate what a Christian is then may I suggest going to the Bible Basics forum to discuss it.

I will challenge the fundamentalist idea of God as I believe it only to be an idea not the reality!
