I've decided to make myself a cape. i loved that cape that some one here shared a link to at anthropologie. i thought, surely i can make one like that. so i got some more caron jewel box in garnett, and i chained enough to go around my neck with a little slack, and i'm increasing two stitches on each end to make a half circle, doing all of it in triple crochet. it's looking nice, but i've got to figure out how to put the rounded colar on after i've finished.

I sent for some patterns for capelets from
Stitch Diva and Loop-d-Loop sites.
The stitches are easy ones ,but I'm not gonna try to figure them out :rolleyes: when they cost so little, like $6 and $7 each.
Some one on this board saw the Diva patterns at a craft store for $14.95.
